If you are registered on our database and introduce us to someone who we subsequently place in a new role we will pay you a referral bonus of up to £800. Any referrals must be in writing, and include the name of the candidate and position for which they are being referred.
Once your contact has accepted a new role via Quest and successfully completed a three month probationary period at the client company you will be entitled to a bonus. The bonus will be paid at the end of these three months after the placed contact starts work and the client has fully paid for the placement.
Where we place your friend into a permanent position with a salary of between £25,000 pa and £49,999 pa equivalent Quest will pay you a bonus of £200.
Where we place your friend into a permanent position with a salary of between £50,000 pa and £74,999 pa equivalent Quest will pay you a bonus of £400.
Where we place your friend into a permanent position with a salary of between £75,000 pa equivalent Quest will pay you a bonus of £600.
Where we place your friend into a permanent position with a salary of over £100,000 pa equivalent Quest will pay you a bonus of £800.
