Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Russia
Salary: Excellent

My client a leader in the wireless industry is currently looking to strengthen its sales team in Russia by recruiting for a channel sales manager responsible for the retail channel. Reporting into the Country Manager this role will be responsible for the retail channel proposition.

The Role

• Shape, develop and optimise key account relationships with retail partners.
• Devise strategy and marketing dimensions spanning existing and potential outlets.
• Drive and negotiate sales activity to achieve ambitious plan.
• Set up and drive indirect channel programmes across multiple product life cycles.
• Track category evolution and maintain leading edge retail positioning in rapidly changing segment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven retail/Channel sales experience within the telecoms or IT markets.
• Self-starting, accomplished sales professional.
• Charismatic, open communicator with an eye for detail.
• Ambitious and autonomous, with energy and flair.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
