Job Title: CUSTOMER PROGRAM MANAGER - UK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To take responsibility for the delivery of the handset IC development including ASIC development, system integration and test/qualification.
• Manage the internal development project, outsourced design service teams, customer developments and partner integration. It is likely that this candidate will be actively hands-on to ensure milestones are met on time and status is appropriately communicated around the program.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record of establishing solid relationships with customers as this role will involve acting as a key customer contact to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accordingly.
• Successful background in both program and project management, with knowledge and experience of project managing semi custom IC developments ideally targeted at mobile phones. Track record of delivering complex, geographically spread, multi disciplinary chip delivery projects
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Managing Customer requirement capture, negotiation and sign off
• Building, structuring & maintaining multi level resource and timescale plans
• Commercial focus – recognising the importance of invoicing on technical milestones
• Effective communication of status internally and externally
• Maintaining cost to complete estimates
• Ideally technically knowledgeable of the IC design process (e.g. ex designer)
• Risk aware with an ability to plan contingencies
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
