Job Title: Service Manager Germany

Our client a global leading player in the wireless market is currently looking to strengthen its Service Account Team/ after sales team by recruiting for a Service Account Manager responsible for Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction for the DACH region

Key Requirements:

• To have overall accountability for the Quality of Network Services provided to multi-national Customers in the DACH region (measured against Service Level Agreements).
• To ensure full compliance to the Extended Customer Service Management product definition. To be the Customer’s primary point of contact within the company, for all Service related issues, with the exception of Fault Management, where the CSM will act as a secondary escalation point (The customer support center will be the primary escalation point).
• To manage Customer Service Improvement plans in order to increase Customer Satisfaction.
• To provide adequate and timely reports to include measurements against Customer SLA’s on Quality, Change and Performance of the service provided to the Customer.
• To maintain Customer information current in the relevant databases and repositories.
• To lead regular Customer service review meetings.

Key Experience:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in an after sales/service management position in the telecommunications sector.
• Good technical knowledge of converged technologies.
• Fluency in German and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
