Job Title: ANALOG IC DESIGN MANAGER
Location: Belgium
Salary: Very Competitive

Duties:
• Responsible for Engineering services and Product Development (standard Product and ASIC) activities, including qualifications.
• Support Sales team and will dispatch to engineers the requests from customer.
• Support Quality Manager for tracking and solving quality issues identified internally or externally.
• Define project plans (technical, schedule and costs) for the whole engineering.
• Responsible for project execution on a weekly basis and report to upper management.
• Identify technical project Risks & Opportunities.
• Manage purchases and contractors needed for the successful execution of the projects.
• Keep periodic contacts with customers
• Take part in the design effort (hands-on) as a Senior Analog Designer to help and support its team.

Skills/Experience

• Must possess good knowledge on transistor Analog IC technologies and good background on analog blocks design, with a solid background on circuit theory and rough understanding of the complete life-cycle process (cradle to grave) associated with IC products.
• Experience in project planning and management
• Be able to take initiative and make proposal to management
• Ability to ensure the adhesion to project schedules, costs and quality objectives.
• Ability to motivate people.

Education
• Electrical/Electronic Engineer or Equivalent experience
• Project Management tools, methodologies and flow.

The ideal candidate will have some industrial experience of a finished product that was released on the market.
