Job Title: Global Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Germany

My client, one of the leading mobile phone handset manufacturers are currently looking for a Global Quality Assurance Manager to head up the brand new QA division.

You will be responsible to ensure the constant first class standard of their newest mobile phone ranges in regards to post sales technical support.

Please note : this role will be based in GERMANY. Experience of the German market is a necessity.


The Role –

• To review technical problems, recommend solutions and develop and implement new QA procedures
• Interface on a daily basis with the global Operators and provide appropriate response to establish relevant systems.
• Plan and verify all quality associated documents.
• Guarantee that the company in-house quality assurance (QA) standards are followed
• Put in place programs to promote quality consciousness (quality training)
• Deliver product clearance decisions or stop shipment and delivery in case a product does not meet the QA standards
• Visit our key customers to deal with quality problems and follow up on issues in order to solve them as quick as possible
• Visit HQ with related customers who are interested to audit SEC (from a QA point of view)


The Person -

• Experience in quality Assurance, production and the application engineering work of Mobile Phones handsets
• Fluency in German and English
