Director
A languages and European Studies graduate, Tom came into recruitment in the late 90's from a Clothing and Footwear buying background to combine his language and commercial skills in an international search environment.
In 2002 he was instrumental in the MBO of Quest and has overseen its progression since that time.
He has lead search assignments in a wide range of technology areas, from Semiconductor to Operator and is a fluent speaker of French and Italian.
When not in the office Tom can usually be found mountain bike racing or cycling on the South Downs.
Director and Business Development Manager EMEA
Isabelle graduated from Universite Stendhal in Grenoble (France) with a MA in English linguistics, literature and history in 2003. She spent her last academic year studying in the UK as part of the Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Sussex in Brighton.
Isabelle moved permanently to the UK in July 2004 where she joined Quest as a researcher. In less than one year she was promoted to International Recruitment Consultant, dealing purely with new clients based in South Europe and in the UK.
Initially specialising in the semiconductors, telecoms and wireless markets, Isabelle developed a strength and successful track record in business development across all different telecoms segments in Europe creating long term partnerships with both SME and global corporations.
In November 2007, Isabelle became a Director and Partner at Quest, managing sales and business development activities. Since 2010, she has extended her fields of expertise to the IT, Software, smart grid and automotive industries.
Isabelle is fluent in French and English.
Managing Consultant
Rebecca's team focuses of the mobile devices, content and aggregation markets as well as focussing on numerous emerging technologies and the regulatory markets across EMEA.
After graduating from Sussex University with a degree in English Literature and Italian Rebecca joined Quest in 2005 as a researcher focussing on the delivery of a number of key searches in the European market and the rest is history.
During her time at Quest Rebecca has recruited across a wide range of positions from test Engineers in Western Europe to a CEO for a Russian based organisation. She enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of delivering on difficult searches.
Outside of work she can either be found jogging along Brighton seafront or eating cake.
Managing Consultant
Aurélie graduated from Paul Valéry University in Montpellier France with a Master in English Linguistics, Literature and History in 2003. She then obtained a BA in Film in 2004, whilst working in France.
Aurélie moved to the UK in 2005 and started her career in Pre-Employment Background Screening for Kroll FPR.
She moved into High-tech Recruitment in 2006 when joining ICP Search. She was then specialised in all areas of Semiconductors and EDA, as well as Broadcast in Europe.
She joined Quest Recruitment Solutions in 2008 and is now Managing Consultant for the Semiconductor/EDA and Equipment Vendor divisions.
Aurélie manages and develops international Key Accounts and leads a team of Researchers.
Aurélie is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
